At BB Direct, we strive to process and deliver all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Times
Stock Items
Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days or sooner after payment confirmation.
Custom & Manufactured Orders
Custom-sized products, bulk orders, and manufactured items may require approximately 7–10 business days for production and processing before dispatch. Lead times may vary depending on order size, material availability, and manufacturing schedules.

Most standard orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address where applicable.
Bulk Orders & Large Deliveries
Larger bulk orders, oversized items, pallets, or special deliveries may be transported via:
- Private courier services
- Freight companies
- BB Direct company vehicles
For these deliveries, customers will receive an email notification once the order has been dispatched or scheduled for delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, manufacturing delays, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. BB Direct will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and products so that we can investigate the matter with the courier provider.
